To my daughter on your 8th birthday.

I know I say this every year! But I really can’t believe that you’re 8 already! Where has the time gone?! It has been a truly wonderful honour watching you, in the past year, grow & excel into who you are.

You’ve become mature enough for me to wonder,  “where did that wisdom come from?”; yet still so childlike in your perspective of how you see & interpret life.

You’ve become so much more confident in using your voice to speak up for yourself; yet you remain kind and accommodating to others. What an awesome gift you have.

You’re incredibly clever, funny, cheeky, cheery and always with a smile.

Your love of dancing & skipping down the road without a care in the world is a beautiful thing to behold. If only more people could be like you!

I love that you still love your mummy & Riri cuddles. I hope that doesn’t ever stop.

What a year of achievements you’ve had in the past 12 months:

🙌Excelling in your subjects at school.

🥋Skipping a whole belt grade at Karate and all the medals you’ve been awarded so far.

🏊‍♀️Receiving Multiple swimming badges & certificates.

🎭Getting a distinction in your LAMDA exams.

🏅Being the overall best girl in sports for KS1 at school.

🚴‍♀️Learning to ride a bike in 2 hours.

What a superstar!! 🌟🌠💫

Of course, we’re always here for but now it’s time to start taking more responsibility for solving some of your own problems in the assurance that our helping hand is only a touch or two away.

Remember, stay calm & don’t panic because every problem has a solution.

I hope above all things that you remain who you are made to be in good health, and with joy, laughter, drama & dancing and never lettting anyone dull your sparkle.

Happy 8th birthday to the best Riripops in the whole wide world.

I love you to the moon & back!

Crummy
