Journey to 68 – Week 1 – midweek update!

Pleased to report that I have been doing well with both the meals and exercises. Not a morning person, so waking up to work out indoors is a challenge but I’m sticking with that plan for now.

Though I am sore all over, I have taken the view that this means I am doing something correctly enough. I previously used a Polar fitness watch and recently switched to a Fitbit. I have found that there is a difference of approximately a hundred calories burnt for the same exercises I did previously in the same amount of time. I find that so strange but I’m sure there’s some good explanation for that.

Not much to report really so far as only the fourth day in, but I am determined to stay accountable by posting something!
